The Role
This is not a conventional hotel sales position. As an Investment Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for approaching high-potential individuals and convincing them to invest in the Galleria Chattogram concept — through hotel stay benefits, monthly return packages, membership privileges, and long-term investment opportunities.
You will own the full sales cycle: from identifying and approaching prospects to closing deals and maintaining relationships. The ideal person understands premium customer psychology, is comfortable having high-value conversations, and knows how to build trust with serious buyers.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and approach prospective investors and members through field visits, referrals, networking events, and direct outreach
• Present and explain investment packages, membership tiers, monthly return benefits, and hotel stay privileges to potential clients
• Build and manage a personal pipeline of high-value leads and follow up consistently until conversion
• Conduct one-on-one meetings, site visits, and presentations with prospects
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the Sales Manager
• Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, leads, and deal progress
• Represent Galleria Chattogram professionally at all client touchpoints
