Responsibilities & Context:
v Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and revenue.
v Plan and execute digital marketing, offline marketing, social media, promotional campaigns, and corporate branding activities.
v Build strong relationships with corporate clients, event organizers, travel agencies, and business partners.
v Lead market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
v Coordinate marketing activities across hotels, restaurants, resorts, and catering operations.
v Manage advertising, public relations, and promotional budgets.
v Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular marketing reports.
v Strong capability to achieve monthly sales targets, meet KPIs, and drive business growth through effective marketing strategies and execution.
v Lead, supervise, and manage the overall marketing department, including strategic planning, team performance, budget control, campaign execution, and brand development across all business units.
