Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans for the company's chemical business.

• Lead business development activities for Paint Chemicals, Agrochemicals, and other industrial chemical products.

• Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's customer base across Bangladesh & Latin Market(Colombia & Brazil)

• Build and maintain strong relationships with paint manufacturers, agrochemical companies, distributors, dealers, and industrial customers.

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

• Conduct regular market research, competitor analysis, and pricing analysis.

• Develop distribution and dealer networks throughout the country.

• Negotiate commercial terms and finalize business agreements with customers.

• Coordinate with overseas suppliers regarding product sourcing, pricing, technical information, and customer requirements.

• Prepare sales forecasts, business reports, and market development strategies for management.

• Provide technical and commercial support to customers whenever necessary.

• Lead and mentor the sales team to ensure continuous business growth.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.

• MBA will be considered an added advantage.

Experience

• Minimum 5–8 years of proven experience in chemical sales and business development.

• Candidates must have hands-on experience in selling chemicals for the Paint Industry and Agrochemical Industry.

• Experience with multinational companies, international trading companies, or chemical import businesses will be highly preferred.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of paint raw materials, industrial chemicals, and agrochemical products.

• Excellent sales, negotiation, and business development skills.

• Strong communication and presentation abilities.

• Ability to build and manage dealer/distribution networks.

• Sound understanding of market planning, pricing strategy, and customer relationship management.

• Good command of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

• Ability to travel frequently throughout Bangladesh for business development.
