∎ Age at most 42 years
∎ Minimum 10 years working experiences in Islamic Banking segment including minimum 05 years of experience in relevant desk in Islamic Banking Division or any Islamic Banking Branch
∎ Candidates who started their career as Management Trainee/ Probationary Officer from any Islamic Bank will be given preference
∎ The candidates who are working in Islamic Banking Division or any Islamic Banking branch will be given preferences
∎ Obtained any professional degree in Islamic Banking or Islamic Banking Diploma will be added advantage
∎ Excellent communication and negotiation skill
∎ Self-driven and tech-savvy

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Capable of marketing the Investment Business and evaluate potential customer’s creditworthiness
∎ Investment Operation, Investment, Investment Administration, Investment Risk Analysis, Investment Risk Management
∎ Apprising Investment proposal with justification based on analysis of Financial Statements, ICRRS, performance and overall business position
∎ Timely sanctioning and also ensuring perfection of security
∎ Compliance of terms and conditions as per the sanction letters
∎ Identifying status of Investment position through regular monitoring and responsible for monitoring investment business, its operations and compliance
∎ Handling customer requirements to ensure customer satisfaction as well as proper implementation of Bank's/regulatory policies/guidelines/terms and conditions
∎ Ensuring compliances of Regulatory requirements and operational guidelines of the Bank in day to day operations
∎ Sound knowledge on Islamic Banking Products, Guidelines on regulatory authority and operational activities
∎ Correspondence with different stakeholders as and when required
∎ Productive, proactive and positive attitude.
