Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Posting production entries in the inventory management system (Quickbooks) on a timely and regular basis
∎ Reconciling Inventory mismatches between the physical inventory and the inventory management system
∎ Managing and reporting Inventory stock levels
∎ Receiving and entering customer sales orders in Quickbooks
∎ Communicating clearly with customers regarding orders
∎ Generating Mushak 6.3 and Delivery Challans
∎ Generating Invoices
∎ Generating relevant reports from Quickbooks
∎ Identifying anomalies or other issues and proposing solutions to the supervisor
∎ Documentation of related information
∎ Ensuring confidentiality of the information
∎ Providing Logistics backup by being able to plan transportation and deliveries
∎ Any other task assigned by the supervisor/reporting authority
Additional Requirements:
∎ BBA/BBS in Accounting from a reputed university
∎ Experience using Inventory Management/Accounting software preferred
∎ Skills in using Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Word and Excel
∎ 1 to 2 years' experience in an Accounting or Supply Chain Management field
∎ Should be able to work under pressure and competing deadlines
∎ Attention to details and problem-solving skills
∎ Good communication skill in both Bangla and English language
∎
