Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage daily petty cash transactions, ensuring timely and accurate disbursement.
∎ Maintain and update the corporate office’s cash book, ensuring all records are current.
∎ Maintain the IOU (I Owe You) register, recording and tracking all advances and repayments.
∎ Regularly update and maintain financial databases, preparing accurate reports as required.
∎ Disburse cash salary, overtime, bonuses and other allowances to employees.
∎ Oversee and maintain the canteen accounts for the corporate office.
∎ Operated and maintained petty cash, providing daily reports to management.
∎ Assist in month-end and year-end financial closing processes.
∎ Collaborate with the finance department to ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures.
