Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1, Maintain commercial related activities from Head Office.
∎ 2, Responsible to prepare commercial invoice.
∎ 3, Responsible for maintaining commercial papers/documentation.
∎ 4, Check all documents required at different levels (e.g. Commercial invoice, Packing List, Delivery Challan / Truck Receipt, Technical Literature, Country of Origin, Others certificate).
∎ 5,Ensure all the commercial activities correctly and timely.
∎ 6,To make correspondence with Head office/external parties/customers as and when necessary.
∎ 7, Prepare necessary statements and report in line with the management’s.
∎ 8, Any others task is given by the management
