Job Context:

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic International Student Recruitment Officer to join our Dhaka team and support students in achieving their dream of studying abroad.

Job Responsibilities:

- Counsel students on UK, Australia, Canada, and European university admission processes, visa requirements, and course selection

- Follow up with students via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and in-person consultations

- Guide students through documentation, application, and visa procedures

- Maintain regular communication with UK university representatives

- Meet monthly student recruitment targets

- Participate in promotional events, educational fairs, seminars, and online webinars

- Maintain accurate student records and follow up diligently

- Collaborate with the marketing team for lead generation and follow-up campaigns

Educational Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline (preferably in Business, Education, or English)

Experience Requirements:

- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in student counselling or UK higher education consultancy

- Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply

Additional Requirements:

- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bangla (verbal and written)

- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills

- Familiarity with UK university admission processes is highly preferred

- Target-driven, proactive, and able to work independently

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools

- Knowledge of international education markets and current UK immigration policies is a plus

Salary Range:

- 35k - 45k (Based on experience and qualifications)
