∎ Bachelor / Master or MBA degree in a relevant field.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Agri Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Knowledge in all areas related to fresh fruit & vegetable exporting (Specially Potato export market).
∎ Prepare and develop the marketing materials Brochure, Leaflets, Online Materials for Agro-based products.
∎ Visit different districts of Bangladesh to conduct the market sourcing .
∎ New Customer sourcing, selling, and promoting a line of products offered by the company.
∎ Explore potential market (National and International) platforms in promoting products .
∎ Explore export destinations, deals & communicate with exporters and logistic providers.
∎ Knowledge about quality and standards for compliance with minimum legal requirements (e.g. hygiene rules, licensing & certification, etc.) required for export.
∎ Prepare monthly reports on sales and marketing activities.
∎ Performing other duties or specific projects as assigned.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Working experience in either one or more of the following: agricultural market and/or agribusiness development, agricultural commodities trade promotion and/or facilitation, etc.
∎ Strong knowledge about international market for fresh fruits and vegetable exports.
∎ Knowledge of issues around technical barriers to trade including food safety, SPS, certification, grades and standards.
∎ Team management.
∎ Good communication in English, Time Management, knowledge of export laws and regulations, identifying the target customer.
∎ Good knowledge must be required for operating Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio, Word etc.).
∎ Good knowledge about graphics designing will be an added value.
