Educational Requirements:
∎ Must be Experienced working in an international call centre;
∎ Must be fluent in English speaking; and
∎ Must be a Bachelor, A-level, GCSE passed
∎ Must be able to speak clearly and persuasively in English to convince prospective clients.
∎ Skills Required: Marketing

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Call Center

Job Context:
∎ An International Telesales and Marketing company looking to recruit some experienced, dynamic, hardworking, target oriented and self-motivated individuals for Telesales to the United Kingdom business clients.
∎ Office time: 3pm - 12pm
∎ Full time - 6 days/ week

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Make outbound phone calls to the UK business customers to sale our product and services.
∎ Efficiently deal with customer queries, explain benefit of our product and get necessary information and documentation from the customers as per the instruction provided.
∎ Develop a good customer relation and manage existing and new prospective customers.
∎ Keep records of all successful and prospective customers.
∎ Must be target oriented and able to fulfil personal and team quantitative weekly and monthly targets.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Professional, courteous, Self-motivated with positive attitude.
∎ Age 18 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent interpersonal and good timekeeping skills.
∎ Basic computer knowledge is required.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 20000 (Monthly)
∎ Commission: Tk. 2000 per sale + Yearly two Festival bonuses
