∎ At least 1 year experience is needed in working in an International Call centre

∎ A fluency in English speaking is demanded for this post. You have to make a professional conversation with the English-speaking business customers and convince them to buy your product. Therefore, you are only encouraged to apply if you are confident that you meet that requirement.

Job Context:
∎ An International Telesales and Marketing company looking to recruit some dynamic, hardworking, target oriented and self-motivated individuals for Telesales to the United Kingdom.
∎ Office time: 4pm - 12pm
∎ Full time - 6 days/ week

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Make outbound phone calls to the UK business customers to sale our product and services.
∎ Efficiently deal with customer queries, identify customers' needs, explain benefit of our product and get necessary information and documentation from the customers as per the instruction provided.
∎ Develop a good customer relation and manage existing and new prospective customers.
∎ Keep records of all successful and prospective customers.
∎ Must be target oriented and able to fulfil personal and team quantitative targets.
∎ Must be very FLUENT in English Speaking to deal with the UK business customers

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Age 17 to 35 years
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Able to speak clearly and persuasively in English to convince prospective customers.
∎ Professional, courteous, Self-motivated with positive attitude.
∎ Basic computer knowledge is required.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 15000 - 20000 (Monthly)
∎ Basic salary Tk. 15000 - 20000 (Monthly) + attractive uncapped Sales commission (opportunity to earn 50k+ per month), you will have opportunity to earn extra money on top of the basic salary by sales commission weekly.
