Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in Accounts/ Finance.
∎ BBA and MBA in Accounts/Finance will get preference.
∎ CACC completed.
∎ Partly qualified on CMA/CA/ACCA/CIA/CIMA will be an added advantage.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conducts internal audits of SHN Clinics and carry out in-depth review of internal control and compliance of SHN policies, procedures and manuals.
∎ Utilizes data analytics techniques, forensic accounting analysis and modeling to detect potential corruption /financial crime relative to revenue leakage in SHN Clinics.
∎ Assists in the development of corrective action plans (CAP), oversight tools to support Regional Function for appropriate oversight on Clinic Operation.
∎ Develops educational content and trending of non-compliant activities to enhance proficiency and competency, understanding of standards and the consequences of non-compliance at the Clinic and Regional Level.
∎ Prepares multi-faceted oral, written and electronic communications and presentations to facilitate discussion, networking, decision-making and proactive responses to meet current and emerging challenges in SHN.
∎ Responsible for performing random checking of all level of financial transaction/information at SHN Clinics under the purview of SHN
∎ Finance Manual and Identify process and control improvement opportunities and communicate them to SHN Management.
∎ Ensure substantive auditing procedures on significant transactions, deep drive review and analysis of invoice processing, vendor, payroll and expense, fixed assets reconciliation, bank reconciliations, cash verification, revenue recognition, return of rejected product, inventory management, invoice processing, third-party claims, supplier/vendor billing trends, procurement and payment process, potential fraudulent or abusive practices, vulnerabilities indicative of potential underlying financial control failure.
∎ Perform any other duties/responsibilities assigned by the Director of Compliance.
∎ There will be 80% travel within the assigned regional office
Additional Requirements:
∎ Computer literacy with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
∎ Willingness to travel extensively across the regional territory.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Audit Firms /Tax Consultant, Financial Consultants, Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG), Telecommunication, Healthcare, INGO/NGOs, Pharmaceutical, Securities etc.
