• 4 to 5 years

• Master of Business Administration (MBA)

• Candidates must hold a Master`s degree (preferably MBA) with a strong academic record from a reputed university,

• Along with 4-5 years of experience in bank/FC compliance including AML/CFT; preference for ICAB/ICAEW/ACCA/CIA/CISA qualified/part-qualified professionals

• 4 to 5 years

• Should have in-depth knowledge of Bangladesh Bank and regulatory circulars, with skills to plan/organize internal audits (including audit plans, scheduling, and team assignments)

• strong presentation/report-writing abilities and leadership to manage/motivate staff.

• Experience in IT audit will be given preference

Position Summary:

This position has to provide reasonable assurance to Audit committee of the Board that there are effective and efficient compliance on policies and procedures in place, well understood and that the company is complying with all regulatory requirements.

Job Description / Responsibility:

• Overseeing the Internal Control and Compliance (ICC) Division

• ensuring implementation of core risk management and full compliance with regulatory, legal and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) guidelines set by Bangladesh Bank and BFIU

• Conducting regular internal audits, preparing reports for Management, Audit Committee and the Board

• Following up on audit findings to ensure resolution. Additionally, maintaining an effective internal control system, supporting policy development,

• Managing the Complaint Cell, monitoring regulatory changes,

• Coordinating internal and Bangladesh Bank audits and ensuring the company meets all compliance standards for strong credit and CAMELS ratings, along with performing any tasks assigned by senior management.
