Educational Requirements:
∎ Business Graduate/MBA along with Professional Degrees / Industry Certifications in the field of finance/accounting/technology
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct Internal Audit engagement according to the approved plan and management requests
∎ Organize audit opening meeting, collect the initial data to help the audit manager finalize the audit scope
∎ Prepare the audit work program with detail testing script and result of design effectiveness and take approval from the audit manager for final work program
∎ Perform the audit engagement in accordance with the approved audit work program
∎ Identify the risk/control weakness, prepare draft observations with suggested action plan to mitigate the risk/control weakness
∎ Prepare the final audit report aligning the relevant stakeholders and organize exit meeting
∎ Effective use of audit management software for audit documentation and closure
∎ Collaborate with the key stakeholder throughout the audit engagement
∎ Perform special assignments and investigations based on the Management requests and report to the appropriate authority
∎ Initiate projects that will help the audit function to add more value to the organization's business
∎ Provide support in creating ad-hoc reports for presentation to the board and management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Business Graduate/MBA along with Professional Degrees / Industry Certifications in the field of finance/accounting/technology and/or experienced in Telecommunication industry in Finance, Commercial domain. Internal Audit or related certification is an added advantage
∎ Minimum 4-6 years of relevant experience
∎ The role requires 40% of travel time across different regions of the country
∎ Required Capabilities- Knowledge in Internal Auditing Standards
∎ In depth knowledge in controls, governance & risks
∎ Sound knowledge in data analytics
∎ In-depth knowledge in digital business & telecommunication industry
∎ Strong knowledge in IFRS
∎ Good understanding of Corporate & Taxation Laws and Ordinances
∎ Sound inter-personal communication and professional report writing skills
∎ Professional level stakeholders management skills
∎ A well rounded team player with can-do approach
