Responsibilities & Context:
- Building a strong relationship with the client via phone calling.
- Have to achieve individual monthly sales target.
- To prepare sales forecasting activities and set performance goals accordingly.
- To provide weekly & monthly report to his superior regarding sales performance.
- Excellent communication skill, proper knowledge of Real Estate Marketing & Sales, Relationship Marketing, and Commercial Space Branding.
- The applicants should have experience in the following area like Real Estate Marketing, Sales, Promotion.
- Candidates with experience in Real Estate Industry will be given preference.
- Good communication & negotiation skill.
- Be a strong team player and have the ability coordinate sales activity internally and externally.
- Ability to work under pressure.
