- Who You Are (Qualifications):
- A final-year student or recent graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Bengali and English.
- A self-starter with a strong desire to learn and a proactive, target-oriented mindset.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
- Comfortable with direct client interaction and phone calls.
- Prior internship or experience in sales/customer service is a plus.
Responsibilities & Context:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Intern. You will be at the heart of our business development efforts, generating leads, building our brand presence, and contributing directly to our growth in the competitive overseas recruitment and travel sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients (candidates for overseas jobs) and business partners (corporate clients).
- Client Outreach: Communicate with potential candidates via phone, email, and social media to inform them about our latest job openings and travel opportunities.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct research on competitor activities, market trends, and new opportunities in the manpower and travel industry.
- Sales Support: Support the senior sales team in preparing proposals and maintaining the CRM database.
- Client Relationship: Help build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential candidates.
