- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Willingness to learn and work in a collaborative environment.
- Academic research experience (Thesis paper) is required.
Responsibilities & Context:
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in conducting literature reviews and summarizing findings.
Participate in the design of research tools such as surveys, interview guides, and questionnaires.
Collect, organize, clean and analyze data (quantitative and qualitative).
Assist with fieldwork or remote data collection (as applicable).
Collaborate with senior researchers in developing project deliverables.
Provide administrative support to the research team as needed.
Requirements:
Honors / Masters in Economics, Statistics or Development Studies
Strong interest in research and data analysis
