- Strong interest in research and data analysis
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with statistical software (e.g., SPSS, Stata, R) is a plus.
- Ability to conduct independent research and analyze academic literature.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Willingness to learn and work in a collaborative environment.
- Academic research experience (Thesis paper) is required.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Assist in conducting literature reviews and summarizing findings.
- Participate in the design of research tools such as surveys, interview guides, and questionnaires.
- Collect, organize, clean and analyze data (quantitative and qualitative).
- Assist with fieldwork or remote data collection (as applicable).
- Collaborate with senior researchers in developing project deliverables.
- Provide administrative support to the research team as needed.
