- Work as Team Leader and motivate team members to achieve team sales targets
- Ability to take challenge to achieve the sales target
- Should have positive mindset to achieve monthly, quarterly & yearly sales target
- Must be self-motivated and dynamic.
- Able to communicate with prospective dealers, Farmers and customers to increase sales.
