Educational Requirements:
∎ [Essential] Bachelor degree preferably in Agriculture / Fisheries / Agri. Economics) / Development Studies / Health / Food & Nutrition / WASH / Economics / Social Science or related discipline.
∎ [Desirable] Master degree preferably in Agriculture / Fisheries / Agri. Economics) / Development Studies / Health / Food & Nutrition / WASH / Economics / Social Science or related discipline.
∎ Skills Required: Previous experience in data collection, Able to work under pressure, Attention to detail, Community Engagement , Excellent communication skill in both Bengali and English, Reporting and Documentation, social and leadership skills

Job Context:
∎ Internship period: 6 Months.
∎ Internship contract will be extended based on the learning & job performance of Intern and also considering the organizational need.
∎ Intern is required to travel any other place outside of base station as per the Team requirement.
∎ He/she must have the positive attitude to transfer & serve anywhere in Bangladesh as per organizational need (After learning and serving for 6 Months in the same base location).

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Programme:
∎ Learn Technical Program (TP) and assist in supporting field staff (Programme Officer, Junior Programme Office, Area Programme Manager) and community promoters and community facilitators to implement Health, Nutrition, WASH & Livelihood programming effectively.
∎ Learn and Assist the Area Programme Team to Facilitate community led development process with relevant stakeholders, including the use of participatory facilitation techniques.
∎ Support to encourage an understanding of and sensitivity to child development and child vulnerability factors among community members and partners.
∎ Learn & assist in various ways of maintaining minimum standards technical Programme implementation at field level.
∎ Learn and support to coordinate with Area Programme level technical specialists and other sector staffs for effective program integration and quality implementation.
∎ Provide support to community facilitators / groups for effective implementation for effective implementation of programmes as per plan.
∎ Assist Programme Officer to select, train, support and monitor community facilitators / groups in implementing technical programmes.
∎ Engage at individual and household level to facilitate the development process of Most Vulnerable.
∎ Assist the Area programme team to activate community-based Child Protection mechanisms and local level advocacy processes.
∎ Sponsorship:
∎ Active support to facilitate child sponsorship activities and processes in Area Programme level.
∎ Assist in preparing relevant letters, reports and Greetings Card.
∎ Assist in preparing introductory letter, sponsored child's letter and sponsorship queries and reply accordingly.
∎ Learn about story teller concept and facilitate to apply in RC response letter for effective communication
∎ Assist to implement child rights and protection activities to ensure to create a safe environment for children.

∎ Reporting & documentation knowledge.
∎ Computer knowledge on MS Word, MS Excel, Power point.

Salary:
∎ BDT 18,000 (Monthly allowance)
