Educational Requirements:
∎ [Essential] Bachelor degree in Statistics or relevant field.
∎ [Desirable] Master degree in Statistics or relevant field.
∎ Skills Required: MS Access, MS Excel, SPSS
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Data Analysis, Data management, Monitoring and Evaluation, Previous experience in data collection, Reporting and Documentation
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support and learn M&E Basics and apply in performing M&E business.
∎ Assist to ensure DME process and products.
∎ Learn and assist to ensure quality of on-going monitoring and reporting of technical programmes in AP.
∎ Support to ensure establish and strengthen M&E system and MIS database.
∎ Assist to set up monitoring plan and tools for gathering information at AP based on NO M&E system.
∎ Acquire knowledge and support to ensure quality data in MIS system; compile, analyze & generate reports for decision making.

∎ Age 24 to 28 years
∎ Effective Communication skills.
∎ Strong analytical skills.
∎ Proven experience as a team player.
∎ Demonstrated collaboration & team building skills.
∎ Aptitude in working with partners in a collaborative way.
∎ Understand advocacy theory, process and practice.
∎ Strong political awareness and judgment.
∎ Proven ability to write and produce publications.
∎ Competent in the use of Microsoft Office computer programs including Word, Excel and PowerPoint, ERP Software.
∎ Positive Attitude.
∎ Internal & External customer handling capacity.
∎ Self-Motivated.
