Education:
- Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Marketing
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance and Accounts from any UGC approved university.

Responsibilities & Context:
- Ensure data/ information/ digital image inclusion in the report as per work instruction.
- Provide assistance and make the communication for conducting any program/training/meeting etc.
- Ensure timely collection of outstanding ledgers and key accounts through regular follow-ups.
- Prepare daily reconciliation statements and report directly to the Assistant Manager.
- Communicate with clients to resolve invoicing and payment-related issues on a case-by-case basis.
- Assess the creditworthiness of new and existing customers by gathering relevant financial information.
- Consolidate outstanding accounts daily and expedite collections through client visits or direct communication.
- Monitor overdue payments and maintain follow-up based on each client’s agreed payment timeline.
- Any other assignments given by the line manager
