Responsibilities & Context:
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with key swapping clients, partners, and fleet operators.
- Monitor swapping station performance metrics (battery circulation, swap frequency, uptime) and report regularly.
- Coordinate with finance for billing, invoicing, credit terms, and payment follow-up.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and drive upsell/cross-sell initiative
- Support marketing and promotional activities related to account-specific engagement.
- Frequently visit corporate offices inside/outside Dhaka
