Job Context:
During the internship period, you will need to learn the following tasks from a skilled Junior Marketing Executive team (Internship period will be 3 months). If you successfully complete the internship period, your probation period will be confirmed. The salary during the probation period will be determined through discussion. The probation period will continue for 3 months. After the probation period, your salary will be increased based on your performance. After the internship period, office hours and other benefits will be according to the organization’s policy.
Responsibilities:
Conduct door-to-door marketing campaigns to introduce our organization & programs to potential students and parents.
Physically visit local schools, and colleges and collect information for follow-up and telemarketing over the phone.
Counseling students and parents for admission.
Distribute promotional materials such as leaflets, brochures, and posters in strategic locations like schools, colleges, and public places.
Ensure our branding materials (banners, festoons, posters, etc.) are prominently displayed and well-maintained.
Listen carefully to the inquiries of students and parents and then sincerely try to give a solution or inform the management.
Build and maintain relationships with local schools, colleges, and similar organizations to enhance our organization’s visibility.
Gather feedback from students, parents, and others about their perception of our organization.
Conduct surveys and gather data on competitors, student preferences, and market trends within the local area.
Work closely with the central marketing and events team to align field activities with overall marketing strategies.
Provide regular feedback and suggestions based on field experiences to help improve central planning and execution.
