Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Technical services and support at the network level: WAN and LAN connectivity. Remote access solution implementation and support.
∎ Installing and configuring new hardware and software. Troubleshooting any reported problems regarding hardware,
∎ End users Support and Ticketing System. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
∎ Basic understanding of cybersecurity concepts.
∎ Familiarity with scripting languages.
∎ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Experience with network monitoring and analysis tools.
