Responsibilities & Context:
• Handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and resolve issues in a professional manner.
• Maintain and update customer databases with proper records of interactions and transactions.
• Support different departments (Sales, Customer Service, Administration, or Operations) as required.
• Perform multi-tasking activities, ensuring smooth coordination with other teams.
• Assist in preparing reports, documentation, and other clerical tasks when assigned.
• Adhere to company policies, scripts, and compliance guidelines during all communications.
• Contribute to team goals, share feedback, and support colleagues whenever needed.
