Educational Requirements:
∎ Essential: Minimum Bachelor degree in relevant discipline.
∎ Preferable: Academic background from Health / Nutrition / WASH component will be Plus.
∎ Skills Required: Excellent communication skill in both Bengali and English, Reporting and Documentation

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Learn Technical Program (TP) and assist in supporting field staff (Program Officer, Junior Program Office) and community promoters and community facilitators to implement Health, Nutrition & WASH (HNW) programing effectively.
∎ Acquire Skill & help Facilitators Capacity Development.
∎ Work along with Team to learn & assist how Field HNW Facilitators have the capacity to perform their functions.
∎ Understand & Assist Quality Monitoring, learning and knowledge management.
∎ Learn & assist in various ways of maintaining minimum standards HNW Program implementation at AP level.
∎ Learn and assist the team to ensure Networking & Advocacy.
∎ Support in sustaining working relationship with internal/external stakeholders.
∎ Gain Knowledge on Resource Acquisition & Mobilization.
∎ Support team on various steps under Health, Nutrition and WASH (HNW) Technical Proegramme (TP).
∎ Assist in Technical Issues and assist in supporting field staff to implement HNW programming effectively.
∎ Support community promoters/facilitators to follow standard operating procedure / program implementation guideline.
∎ Assist programme Officer with ongoing improvements to Technical Program to ensure it remains relevant to context, incorporates innovation, by providing field-level information.
∎ Closely work with WV staff and and Community and Support Groups to learn & replicate technical interpretation of technical models.
∎ Support Community Facilitators in Capacity Development.
∎ Assist in various ways of maintaining minimum standards HNW Program implementation.
∎ Serve as an assisting resource for disseminating knowledge and skills to other agencies and stakeholders in the program area.

∎ Age 24 to 28 years
∎ Effective Communication skills.
∎ Strong analytical skills.
∎ Proven experience as a team player.
∎ Demonstrated collaboration & team building skills.
∎ Understand advocacy theory, process and practice.
∎ Strong political awareness and judgment.
∎ Proven ability to write and produce publications.
∎ Competent in the use of Microsoft Office computer programs including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
∎ Positive Attitude.
∎ Internal & External customer handling capacity.
∎ Self-Motivated.
