Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Development Studies (MDS), Master of Social Science (MSS), Master of Business Administration (MBA), Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Bachelor degree in Economics/Development Studies/English/Business Administration/Social Science or any other relevant field from highly reputed university

∎ This is an exciting opportunity to support Global One`s Bangladesh Country operations across several areas. It will provide a valuable opportunity to gain a global insight into the charity sector while generating skills and experiences in programmes, research, communications, outreach, fundraising, admin and logistics.
∎ Global One is a UK based international development NGO with headquarter in London and registered country offices in Bangladesh, Kenya, Nigeria, Jordan, Somalia, Sri Lanka & Ethiopia. We operate across Asia, Africa and the Middle East with communities focusing on Global Health, WASH, Food Security & Livelihoods and Emergency Response.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supporting the team in research, report writing, preparing concept notes and proposals, and identifying prospective donors and funding opportunities
∎ Assisting the Programme team in the implementation and monitoring of ongoing projects around the country
∎ Drafting meeting resolutions, advocacy papers, newsletters, case studies and marketing materials as required
∎ Conducting research for the senior team management in preparation for external meetings
∎ Providing administrative support for the office, including updating databases, logistical problem solving, and liaising with external partners
∎ Travelling to different project areas around the country if required
∎ Any other duties assigned by the office
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 25 years
∎ Excellent academic result
∎ Outstanding fluency in both written and verbal communication in English
∎ Ability to analyze and interpret large volumes of data
∎ Academic knowledge and understanding in international development
∎ Display initiative and responsibility, with a keen willingness to learn and develop
∎ Ability to work in a systematic and methodical manner
∎ Ability to work well on own initiative
∎ Commitment to the mission and values of Global One
