Training in Digital Marketing will be preferred.
Good teamwork and coordination skills.
Basic computer knowledge, including MS Word, Excel, and internet browsing.
Ability to manage multiple inquiries and respond within the required time.
Must be polite, responsible, patient, proactive, and customer-focused.
Responsibilities & Context:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer messages, comments, and inquiries across the company`s official social media platforms, including Facebook and Instagram.
Handle inbound and outbound phone calls to address customer queries, provide product information, and resolve customer issues.
Maintain professional telephone etiquette and ensure a positive customer experience.
Respond to customer feedback and complaints professionally and take necessary steps to resolve issues.
Coordinate with the Digital Marketing & Creative teams to provide accurate information about products, stock availability, delivery status, and promotional offers.
Participate in team meetings and share ideas for social media content, campaigns, and customer engagement.
Maintain a positive brand image through effective customer communication and timely responses.
Follow up on unresolved customer issues and ensure proper communication until resolution.
Maintain records of customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
Perform other customer support-related duties assigned by the management.
