Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field
Responsibilities & Context:
Assist in responding to customer queries via phone or email.
Help monitor customer feedback and prepare reports.
Assist in the assigned department to conduct the regular work successfully.
Attend necessary training and always keep updated in relevant fields.
Ensure data/ information/ digital image inclusion in the report as per work instruction.
Provide assistance and make the communication for conducting any program/training/meeting etc.
Any other assignments given by the line manager
Availability to commit to the internship duration
