Responsibilities & Context:
Internship will be paid and for 6 months.
Support day-to-day operations and activities within the department.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders and manage documentation processes.
Perform data entry and analysis, and assist in preparing reports and presentations.
Ensure timely collection of outstanding ledgers and key accounts through regular follow-ups.
Prepare daily reconciliation statements and report directly to the Assistant Manager.
Monitor overdue payments and maintain follow-up based on each client’s agreed payment timeline.
Maintain accurate records of official documents.
