Responsibilities & Context:
Ensure timely collection of outstanding ledgers and key accounts through regular follow-ups.
Prepare daily reconciliation statements and report directly to the Assistant Manager.
Communicate with clients to resolve invoicing and payment-related issues on a case-by-case basis.
Assess the creditworthiness of new and existing customers by gathering relevant financial information.
Consolidate outstanding accounts daily and expedite collections through client visits or direct communication.
Monitor overdue payments and maintain follow-up based on each client’s agreed payment timeline.
