Responsibilities & Context:
Akij Particle Board Mills Ltd., (APBML), a leading manufacturer in the building materials industry, is offering a three-month internship opportunity within its Sales Team. The selected candidate will work with the Head of Sales and the National Sales Manager, gaining practical exposure to sales operations, B2B client engagement, and market intelligence. This internship is designed as a pipeline for future recruitment into the permanent Corporate Sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing sales reports, client presentations, and business proposals
Support client communication and follow-ups for key corporate accounts
Coordinate with departments for order processing & customer service support
Conduct basic market research & competitor analysis to support sales strategies
Maintain sales databases and update customer records accurately
Participate in client meetings and assist in sales pitch preparation
Help plan and execute promotional and outreach activities for corporate clients
Support the Head of Sales and National Sales Manager in day-to-day administrative tasks
