Position Overview: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Intern to join our dynamic Business Management Consultancy Team. This position is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic about working with international clients—especially Japanese investors—and eager to gain hands-on experience in liaison, business development, and government regulatory processes. The role offers exposure to real-world business operations, government documentation procedures, and Japanese corporate culture, with the potential to transition into a full-time position based on performance.

Responsibility:

• Facilitate establishment of Company/Liaison/Branch/Representative Offices of Foreign Investors

• Coordinate with clients on VISA, Work Permit, and Security Clearance matters

• Handle submission of various documents to government offices as per client requirements

• Maintain effective liaison with Government Offices, e.g., BIDA, RJSC, etc.

• Develop and implement strategies to attract new business from Japanese companies 

• Communicate with existing and prospective customers, and follow up on business opportunities

• Manage clients` databases and execute promotional activities
