Responsibilities & Context:
Position Overview: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Intern to join our dynamic Business Management Consultancy Team. This position is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic about working with international clients—especially Japanese investors—and eager to gain hands-on experience in liaison, business development, and government regulatory processes. The role offers exposure to real-world business operations, government documentation procedures, and Japanese corporate culture, with the potential to transition into a full-time position based on performance.
Responsibility:
Facilitate establishment of Company/Liaison/Branch/Representative Offices of Foreign Investors
Coordinate with clients on VISA, Work Permit, and Security Clearance matters
Handle submission of various documents to government offices as per client requirements
Maintain effective liaison with Government Offices, e.g., BIDA, RJSC, etc.
Develop and implement strategies to attract new business from Japanese companies
Communicate with existing and prospective customers, and follow up on business opportunities
Manage clients` databases and execute promotional activities
