BOQ & Specification Development:
Compiled comprehensive Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and material specifications based on final design drawings. Ensured accurate quantity take-offs and clear documentation to support procurement and budgeting processes.
Design Proposal & Budget Presentation:
Developed and presented comprehensive design concepts and financial bids, aligning creative solutions with project budgets and timelines. Ensured that all proposals were clearly communicated, aesthetically compelling, and strategically aligned with the client’s objectives.
Technical Documentation & Execution Planning:
Prepared detailed technical documentation, including construction drawings, layout plans, working drawings, and specification packages. These ensured accurate on-site execution and seamless coordination among consultants, contractors, and vendors.
Architectural & Interior Detailing:
Delivered detailed architectural and interior design solutions, including space planning, sections, elevations, furniture layouts, and finishing details. Ensured all drawings were technically sound and aligned with design intent and regulatory standards.
3D Visualization & Design Software Proficiency:
Created high-quality 3D renderings and walkthroughs to support design presentations and client approvals. Expert-level proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, V-Ray, Photoshop, and 3ds Max enabled seamless transition from concept to visual output.
