• Experience of Prepare BOQ & Specification as per design-drawing is must.

• Candidate must be well versed in corporate attire, etiquette and culture.

• Extensive knowledge in using of Auto-CAD, V-ray, Photoshop, D5 and 3D Max software.

• Strong working knowledge of Interior Design process, planning, creative detailing, specifications, and building systems.

• Experience in coordinating project teams.Capable of preparing Detailing of Layout plans, Sections, 2D preparation, 3D visualization as per requirements, Working Drawing, Interior Designing & Details Measurement of Extensive knowledge in using of Auto-CAD, Sketch up, Lumion, V-ray, Photoshop and 3D Max software.

Responsibilities & Context

1. BOQ & Specification Development:
   Compiled comprehensive Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and material specifications based on final design drawings. Ensured accurate quantity take-offs and clear documentation to support procurement and budgeting processes.

2. Design Proposal & Budget Presentation:
   Developed and presented comprehensive design concepts and financial bids, aligning creative solutions with project budgets and timelines. Ensured that all proposals were clearly communicated, aesthetically compelling, and strategically aligned with the client’s objectives.

3. Technical Documentation & Execution Planning:
   Prepared detailed technical documentation, including construction drawings, layout plans, working drawings, and specification packages. These ensured accurate on-site execution and seamless coordination among consultants, contractors, and vendors.

4. Architectural & Interior Detailing:
   Delivered detailed architectural and interior design solutions, including space planning, sections, elevations, furniture layouts, and finishing details. Ensured all drawings were technically sound and aligned with design intent and regulatory standards.

5. 3D Visualization & Design Software Proficiency:
   Created high-quality 3D renderings and walkthroughs to support design presentations and client approvals. Expert-level proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, V-Ray, Photoshop, and 3ds Max enabled seamless transition from concept to visual output.

6. Client Coordination & Requirement Analysis:
   Engaged directly with clients to understand, define, and finalize design requirements. Conducted in-depth discussions to review initial concept sketches, mood boards, and 3D models, ensuring the client’s vision and functional needs were fully captured before design development commenced.

7. Project Monitoring & Site Coordination:
   Regularly followed up on site execution to verify adherence to approved designs, timelines, and quality standards. Addressed discrepancies, coordinated with contractors, and provided on-site clarifications to ensure smooth project delivery.

8. Quality Assurance & Client Satisfaction:
