Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Age: 20 to 30 years with relevant experience.
∎ Strong knowledge of Architectural 2D and 3D drawings in Interior Design.
∎ Excellent graphical representation skills to visualize design concepts.
∎ Proficient in 3D modeling, visualization, and rendering techniques.
∎ Innovative in design development with a creative approach to projects.
∎ In-depth understanding of modern interior design trends and drawing standards.
∎ Coordinate effectively between Architects and Engineers for seamless project execution.
∎ Prepare and present client meeting presentations with visual aids.
∎ Create and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports.
∎ Develop detailed design concepts, layouts, and architectural drawings.
∎ Design landscaping and architectural details using standard software tools.
∎ Proficient in AutoCAD (2D & 3D), 3D Studio Max, V-Ray, SketchUp, Enscape, Lumion 3D, Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
∎ Age: 20 to 30 years with relevant experience.
