• Age 23 to 40 years

• Must have an overall IELTS Band Score of 7.5 or higher.
• Minimum Band 7 in each module (Listening, Reading, Writing, Speaking) is mandatory.
• Minimum 1 year of teaching experience in Spoken English and/or IELTS preparation.
• Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Must be polite, sincere, student-friendly, and professional in behavior.
• Strong classroom management skills and a positive teaching attitude.
• Willing to work full-time (on-site) in a structured academic environment.

Job Nature: Full-Time | Office-Based (Uttara Sector 12 Branch)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Spoken English and IELTS classes for different batches (offline).
• Prepare relevant teaching materials in collaboration with the academic authority.
• Strategize and implement effective methods to enhance students' spoken fluency and IELTS readiness.
• Provide personalised guidance to help IELTS candidates achieve their target band scores.
• Monitor student progress, conduct regular assessments, and offer constructive feedback.
• Take proactive initiatives for student engagement, academic improvement, and overall institutional development.
• Collaborate with other faculty and the academic coordinator to uphold teaching quality and innovation.

Starting Salary: 25,000 - 30,000 BDT, based on experience and qualifications. Festival Bonus: 1 per year. Performance-Based Salary Increment. Opportunity to work in a student-focused and fast-growing educational institution.
