Job Context:
∎ He/she must be able to create market of various items in Super Market, Hotels & Restaurant.
∎ Workplace: Dhaka Office
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensuring listing all super markets based on Dhaka city and ensuring product availability in super shops
∎ Achieve Sales objective as per company policy
∎ Develop team for super shop on site sales and prepare promotional plan
∎ Must full fill company sales target and act towards the company sales objective.
∎ Must have a good connection with reputated super shops and hotels and resorts.
∎ Ensure sales forecast, budget based on forecast and must achive sales target
∎ Enter and update customer information in the database and must provide report every day to management
∎ Must be Target Oriented.
∎ Responsible to achieve individual sales target.
∎ Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
∎ Corporate sales planning and implementation.
∎ Any other task assigned by Management.
∎ Daily sales reporting to supervisor.
∎ Maintaining and increasing sales of your company's services.
∎ Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base.
∎ Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market.
∎ Assist management in developing and implementing sales strategies and targets.
∎ Collecting customer feedback and market research.
∎ Keeping up to date with products and competitors.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Must have proven experience to make sea food items in renowned restaurant
∎ Experience working in foreign hotel / restaurants will consider as an added advantage.
∎ Portfolio of creative, unique dishes.
∎ Expert multitasking ability.
∎ Great leadership and interpersonal skills.
