Experience:

1. Bachelor`s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Cloud Computing:

1. Expertise in cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
2. Knowledge of cloud architecture, deployment, and management.
3. Experience with cloud services, including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS.

System Administration:

1. Proficiency in managing and configuring Windows, Linux, and Unix servers.
2. Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware, Hyper-V, or KVM.

Networking:

1. Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and other networking protocols.
2. Experience with network configuration, firewalls, routers, and switches.
3. Knowledge of VPNs, load balancing, and network security practices.

DevOps Practices:

1. Understanding of DevOps principles and tools like Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, or Git.
2. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation.

Database Management:

1. Knowledge of database systems such as SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or NoSQL databases like MongoDB and Cassandra.
2. Experience with database administration, backup, and recovery.
3. Expertise in Laravel and Java script as well.

Qualifications:

1. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of server hardware, virtualization, storage, networking, and security. Experience with cloud computing, including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, is a plus.
2. Certifications: Relevant certifications, such as Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), and(AWS) Certified Solutions Architect, demonstrate the candidate`s technical skills and commitment to their profession.
3. Bachelor`s Degree: A bachelor`s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field is usually required.
4. Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, working with infrastructure systems, networks, and data centers.
5. Strong Communication Skills: The ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including clients and team members, is essential.
6. Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues quickly and effectively is critical for this role.
7. Attention to Detail: An infrastructure engineer must be meticulous and have a keen eye for detail, to ensure the stability and security of the company`s IT systems.
8. Team player: Ability to work in a team environment, share knowledge and collaborate with other team members.

Requirements:

1. 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management, including experience with hardware, software, and network systems.
2. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills.
3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
4. Familiarity with industry standards and regulations, including security and data privacy.
5. Strong technical knowledge of hardware, software, and network systems, including cloud computing and virtualization technologies.
6. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
7. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities:

1. Design, implement, and maintain the institute`s technology infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems.
2. Ensure that infrastructure systems are secure, stable, and meet performance requirements.
3. Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure issues, resolve incidents, and manage backups and disaster recovery plans.
4. Manage relationships with vendors, contractors, and service providers, ensuring that the institute receives quality services at a competitive price.
5. Collaborate with other departments to determine infrastructure requirements and plan for future infrastructure needs.
6. Plan and execute infrastructure projects, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
7. Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, and best practices, ensuring that the institute`s infrastructure complies with industry standards and regulations.
8. Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, evaluating new solutions and recommending upgrades to improve the institute`s infrastructure.
9. Manage the infrastructure team, providing guidance and mentorship to team members.
