1. Diploma In Nursing Science & Midwifery / BSc in Nursing Post basic /BSc in Nursing
2. Valid Licenses to practice as a registered nurse

• Age 24 to 35 years

1. Surveillance and Monitoring:  

1. Conduct regular infection surveillance activities.  
2. Track and analyze infection rates and trends within the facility.  
3. Report findings to relevant healthcare teams and authorities.

2. Infection Prevention and Control Programs:  

1. Develop, implement, and maintain infection control policies and procedures.  
2. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.  
3. Conduct risk assessments and implement strategies to mitigate infection risks.

3. Education and Training:  

1. Provide ongoing education and training to healthcare staff on infection prevention and control practices.  
2. Develop educational materials and resources.  
3. Conduct orientation programs for new staff members.

4. Outbreak Investigation and Management:  

1. Lead investigations into infection outbreaks.  
2. Coordinate response plans and implement control measures.  
3. Communicate with public health officials as necessary.

5. Policy Development and Implementation:  

1. Develop and update infection control policies based on the latest guidelines and research.  
2. Ensure policies are effectively communicated and implemented across the facility.

6. Compliance and Audits:  

1. Conduct regular audits of infection control practices.  
2. Ensure compliance with standards set by accrediting bodies. 
3. Prepare for and participate in regulatory inspections.

7. Consultation and Collaboration:  

1. Act as a resource for infection control-related issues.  
2. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to improve infection control practices.  
3. Participate in interdisciplinary committees and quality improvement initiatives.
