Additional Requirements:
- Age At least 25 years
Experience in Woven Garments IE department will be given preference.
Strong knowledge of IE tools & techniques (SMV, OB, Line Balancing, Layout).
Strong analytical ability and capability to work under pressure.
Good communication and reporting skills.
Responsibilities & Context:
Develop SMV, prepare line layout, conduct capacity study, and improve overall line efficiency.
Prepare operation breakdown and ensure accurate methods for each operation.
Perform line balancing and method improvement to maximize output.
Monitor daily production, analyze bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.
Reduce style changeover time and ensure smooth production flow.
Manage manpower allocation and optimize resource utilization.
Prepare IE reports (Efficiency, DHU, Capacity, Line Loading) and submit to management.
Support the sewing floor in improving productivity and minimizing wastage.
Conduct work study, motion study, and time study as required.
