Key Responsibilities:

Production Monitoring & Planning:

• Prepare daily operation reports and line layouts.

• Track workers` daily attendance and adjust for production balance.

• Monitor hourly production and ensure daily targets are met.

• Efficiency & Performance Improvement:

• Conduct regular Time, Capacity, and Motion studies.

• Analyze operator skill levels and monitor performance.

• Identify bottlenecks and optimize line balance.

• Implement 5S practices in the workplace.

Training & Evaluation:

• Evaluate employee skills, especially during recruitment.

• Update skill matrices weekly or monthly.

• Train employees to enhance productivity.

  Operational Analysis & Innovation:

• Track and reduce Non-Production Time (NPT).

• Suggest innovations to improve production processes and product quality.

• Coordinate with technicians and supervisors for line setup and process improvement.

Customer Coordination:

• Ensure alignment of raw materials, packing materials, and production schedules with customer purchase orders.

• Work towards timely delivery and synchronize production planning with client needs.

Reporting & Other Duties:

• Maintain and validate cost-related data (e.g., SOT).

• Perform production studies for critical processes and create hourly output reports.

• Handle any additional tasks assigned by the supervisor.
