• Diploma in Engineering
• Diploma in Electrical
• Diploma in Electronics

Vocational/Technical Training: A certificate or diploma in electrical technology, electrical engineering, industrial electricity, or a related field.

• 3 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Overseas Companies, Electric Wire/Cable

• Age 21 to 40 years
• Only Male

• Troubleshooting DOL & Star-Delta starters.

• Motor and cable fault diagnosis and rectification.

• Aerator installation, maintenance, and assembly.

• Ability to read electrical drawings.

• Knowledge of safety standards (VFD/soft starters preferred).

• Willingness to work in outdoor/shift conditions.

• Motor Control Expertise: Strong understanding of 3-phase electric motors, submersible motors, and control systems.

• Industrial Wiring: Experience with industrial wiring methods, troubleshooting, and maintenance.

• Water/Wastewater Background: Frequently requires 3+ years of experience in the water or wastewater treatment industry, as aerators often work in harsh, aquatic environments.

• Blueprint Reading: Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and manufacturer technical manuals.

• Fault-finding: Highly developed diagnostic abilities to determine the causes of malfunctions.

• Precision: Extreme accuracy for carrying out work with electrical components.

• Physical Fitness: Ability to work overhead, in cramped spaces, or in challenging weather conditions, as aerators are often located outside or in large industrial tanks.
