∎ Are you a high energy individual who loves working with families?Are you always eager to go that extra mile to ensure the optimal customer experience?Fun n Learn Café & Kids Corner is currently seeking Playground Attendants to join their brand-new team. We are looking for full-time positions to open our first indoor playground in 83/4 Ibrahimpur, Kochukhet Dhaka. We are looking for team players who are customer focused, able to keep their heads up in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment and who understand the importance of an amazing family experience when visiting our playground!
∎ Responsibilities
∎ greeting guests in a timely fashion.
∎ determining their needs checking in with guests regarding their experience.
∎ resolving any guest concern or complaint, escalating to the Manager as required.
∎ explaining the playground set up and rules for all areas to our guests.ensuring that all areas of Fun n Learn  are kept clean and tidy.
∎ 1 years’ experience working in a customer service position, retail (food or coffee industry), daycare or similar experience working with children
∎ superior customer service focus,communication and active listening skills
∎ must be highly organized with effective time management skills
∎ ability to work under pressure and both independently and as part of a team
∎ excellent problem-solving and logical thinking skills
