• The Manager/Incharge of Charity Organization is responsible for overall implementation, supervision and monitoring of the organization at the field. His/her duties and responsibilities, which are essential but not limited to:
• Ensure timely and proper implementation of project activities aligned with the goal and objectives of the charity foundation.
• Provide strategic direction for the implementation and supervise the charity.
• Explore the increased gender-sensitive, climate-resilient, and nutrition-sensitive livelihood options practiced.
• Maintain regular and effective communication with field staff and head office through both verbal and written correspondence.
• Supervise and provide administrative support to the medical staff (Medical Assistants, Paramedics, Nurses, etc.) to ensure the quality of service delivery.
• Ensure the availability of necessary drugs, materials, and equipment for consultations and patient management.
• Maintain liaison and coordination with local government as well as Govt. offices.
• Report to the top management regarding charity organization progress regularly.
• Any other tasks or duties assigned by the top management of the Razzaq Foundation.
