Educational Requirements:
∎ The candidate must have Graduate / Diploma from any government approved institute with minimum CGPA 2.50 or 2nd class/ division or equivalent result in all academic examinations.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Dairy Farm
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan for milk collection by ensuring the necessary test for controlling the quality
∎ Preserve milk in the tank with proper maintaining of hygiene and cleaning
∎ Attend the regular farmer's meeting, identify the farmer's need/problems & give necessary suggestion for solving the problems
∎ Update all registers, bill voucher and all records regularly for smooth running of chilling centers
∎ Maintain stock of spare parts, chemical, dairy equipment and make the fund requisition timely for milk bill payment
∎ Ensure quality milk collection, fair price payment implementation of the milk producers and all financial activities of chilling center.
∎ Contact with management for solving any problems/suggestion as and when necessary
∎ Prepare daily requisition of milk tanker, daily milk collection report and stock report etc.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so
∎ Perform any other jobs delegated by the supervisor(s)
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 35 years
∎ Age, education and experience may be relaxed in case of potential candidates
∎ Science background candidates will be given preference.
∎ Hands-on knowledge on chilling centers operations
∎ Knowledge on inventory Management, Supply chain management, milk quality check and procurement
∎ Excellent in work prioritization, time management as well as the ability to adapt to work under pressure and challenging environment
∎ Able to work under stress situation
