Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Overseeing daily operations, budgeting, cost control, and sales analysis
∎ Ensuring the shop runs smoothly and efficiently
∎ Managing staff schedules, and performance
∎ Ensuring excellent customer service
∎ Handing inventory management, ordering ingredients, and maintaining quality control of sweets
∎ Addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues to maintain customer satisfaction
∎ Marketing and promotional activities to attract customers
∎ Financial duties include budgeting, cost control, and sales analysis
∎ As the Outlet In-charge, you will be accountable and responsible for the success of the store, leading a team to achieve their potential, while running a profitable business and being a role model. The Outlet In- charge needs to be a strong leader with a good personality, detailed, organized and motivated to drive the brand. This is a very hands-on role.
