Job Responsibilities:
∎ Store management:
∎ Able to maintain inventory in Tally ERP-9.0 must
∎ Inventory received & issuing of all materials by Tally-ERP-9.0 must be ensured.
∎ Ensure product storage, retrieval and timely dispatch.
∎ Responsible for the finished goods delivery & finished goods received from production.
∎ Ensure goods inbound & out bound, warehouse management, safety and security within the store.
∎ Maintain Work-in- progress & entry to Tally-ERP-9.0
∎ Making close coordination with supply chain manager and procurement department for all kinds of local and foreign purchases.
∎ Responsible for raw materials issue to production and keep records of the minimum stock level of the products.
∎ Able to maintain and follow up re-order level
∎ Prepare daily, weekly and monthly stock reports and send to Head of Accounts by Tally ERP-9.0
∎ Execute, monitor, and manage VAT-related works as well as able to maintain VAT accounts of Manufacturing & Trading companies.
