Education:
B.Sc Engineer (Mechanical) with at least 04 years experience in the ceramics tiles factory. or Diploma Engineer (Mechanical) with at least 08 years experience in the ceramics tiles factory.
Age maximum 35 years (flexible for competent candidate)
Team management and organizational skill.
Computer software such as MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and AUTOCAD.
Proactive approach, positive attitude and commitment to professional integrity.
Lead motivate and manage the mechanical crew including workshop foreman, provide technical guidance and mentorship to ensure efficient and effective operations.
Oversee the maintenance and repair of all factory machinery and equipment, including kilns, presses, glaze line, and other production systems.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and ensure the longevity of mechanical assets.
Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical issues, proposing and executing effective solutions to restore functionality swiftly.
Manage spare parts inventory, ensuring critical components are always available to avoid production delays.
Collaborate with other departments (e.g., production, quality control) to optimize processes, improve efficiency, and meet production targets.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies, fostering a safe working environment for the team.
Lead new projects, including the installation of new machinery, factory layout improvements, and process automation to enhance productivity.
Prepare and manage budgets for the mechanical department, tracking expenditures related to maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in mechanical engineering for ceramics and tiles manufacturing.
