Education:
B.Sc Engineer (Automobile / Mechanical) with at least 04 years experience in the ceramics tiles factory. or Diploma Engineer (Automobile / Mechanical) with at least 08 years experience in the ceramics tiles factory.
Age maximum 35 years (flexible for competent candidate)
Team management and organizational skill.
Computer software such as MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and AUTOCAD.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensure that all operational vehicles (Forklift, Pay Loader, Excavator, Truck and so on) run efficiently and safely.
Oversee the maintenance and operation of all vehicles of the factory.
Planning, scheduling, and executing routine preventive maintenance on all vehicles to maximize their lifespan and minimize unexpected breakdowns and prevent operational downtime.
Train, guide and supervise all vehicle drivers for their awareness building and skill development.
Efficiently allocating manpower, tools, and workshop space to handle the daily workload and urgent repairs, ensuring optimal workshop management.
Keeping detailed records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
Collaborate with other department and systematic distribution of operational vehicles to meet ultimate goal of the company.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
